We are thought leaders with over 20 years experience in organizational and talent development, operations, and recruiting functions for Fortune 500 companies. As a Diversity and Inclusion Lead for one of the largest consulting firms of the globe, we made qualitative and quantitative advancements, demonstrating first hand that diversity, equity, and inclusion improvements are possible and powerful at all levels of an organization.
