Individuals.

One-to-one coaching for leaders at any level, at any stage.

You already know what's wrong.

Let's talk about what comes after.

01
A conversation.

02
A program built for you.

03
Regular sessions.

04
The work in between.

Who This Is For:

Most of the leaders I work with are good at their jobs. That's usually why they're here. Someone has decided they're worth investing in, or they've decided it themselves.

Some are new to leading. Some have been doing it for twenty years and have run into something they've never had to handle. Some are excellent with their teams and stuck with their peers. Some are managing a role that keeps growing and a life that hasn't gotten any smaller.

Nobody arrives because something is broken. They arrive because they've reached the edge of what got them this far.

What We Actually Work On:

It starts with how you show up. Not how you think you show up — how you actually land on the people around you, and what your strengths do when you overuse them.

From there it's practical. The conversation you've been avoiding. The decision that's been sitting on your desk waiting for permission you don't need. The feedback you know someone deserves and haven't given. The expectations you assumed were obvious and weren't.

And underneath all of it, confidence. Most of the leaders I coach aren't short on ability. They're short on the certainty that they're allowed to act on it.

That's the work I do. I help leaders understand their own behaviors and strengths, and flex those into something they can use on purpose. We build the practical tools to manage things leadership actually requires: hard conversations, complex decisions, candid feedback. Then we develop the confidence to use them.

Coachultant.

I coach and I consult, and I've learned when each one matters.

Sometimes the right move is a question that gets you to your own answer. Sometimes you're spinning, and what you need is for someone to stop asking and hand you something practical to use. Knowing which moment you're in is most of the job.

I call it Coachulting. It isn't a real word, but it's an accurate one.

What Working Together Looks Like:

STEP 3: Regular sessions.

One to one, on a rhythm that fits your calendar. Assessments where they'll help — Everything DiSC or The Five Behaviors — to give us shared language for how you operate.

STEP 4: The work between.

Change happens between sessions, not during them. You try things. We adjust. That's where it actually lives.

STEP 2: A program built exclusively for you.

STEP 1: An intro conversation.

We talk before anything else. You tell me what's happening. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

Most engagements run six to twelve months, designed around what's actually going on rather than a curriculum I hand everyone.

What Changes?

You'll know your own patterns well enough to name them, which means you'll catch them before they cost you something.

You'll have language for the conversations you've been putting off, and you'll stop putting them off.

You'll decide faster, because you'll stop waiting for a signal that isn't coming.

And the people around you will notice, usually before you do.

Coaching starts with a conversation, not a commitment.

Start with one and see how it feels.
